Is Hydroseeding better than regular seeding?
Normally it takes 5 to 10 days to start seeing grass. Weather and type or variety can increase overall timing but generally 5 to 10 days to see blades emerge then within 4-5 weeks you should have grass 3 to 4 inches tall. Then it is time to start mowing.
When is the best time to hydroseed?
Hydroseed can be applied April thru October. Late summer, early fall is normally the best time due to warm moist soils and less weed competition.
